This is the heart of everything we make. A small, self-run community production centre built entirely on the suya udhavi model, where every person involved is also a stakeholder, and every output feeds back into the same system that created it.
What comes in: Farm waste. Crop residue, plant matter, organic refuse that most farms would discard or burn.
What comes out: Rich organic manure, both dry and wet forms, ready to go back into the soil. And from the waste of that manure process, we make floor cleaners, mosquito coils and other household products, so nothing is ever thrown away.

Farm waste comes in
Crop residue, plant matter and organic farm refuse that would otherwise be discarded or burned enters our production centre instead.

Processed into both dry and wet manure forms inside our centre. Rich, certified and completely free of synthetic additives.

ILAI KARAISAL · LEAF EXTRACT
Made from fresh plant leaves, this natural liquid acts as both a growth stimulant and a mild pest deterrent. Applied directly to the crop.

MOR KARAISAL · BUTTERMILK SOLUTION
A fermented buttermilk preparation used to control fungal infections and boost beneficial microbial activity in the soil. A staple of Tamil organic farming.

EGG KARAISAL · EGG AMINO SOLUTION
Eggs fermented into a rich amino acid solution that feeds the plant directly. One of the most potent natural growth promoters in traditional organic practice.

THAYIR KARAISAL · CURD SOLUTION
Curd-based preparation that introduces beneficial bacteria into the soil and improves nutrient uptake. Works especially well on root vegetables and leafy greens.

INJI POONDU KARAISAL · GINGER GARLIC EXTRACT
A sharp, potent extract of ginger and garlic that repels pests naturally without harming the plant or the soil biology around it.

MEEN AMILAM · FISH AMINO ACID
Fish fermented into a liquid amino acid solution, one of the most nutrient-dense organic fertilizers there is. Rich in nitrogen, it drives leaf and stem growth.
FOR FARMERS
We give our manure away free. Because that was always the plan.
Every kilogram of organic manure we produce at our centre is made available to local farmers at no cost. Not as charity, not as marketing, but as part of what we believe farming communities owe each other.
